Service Description

Spiritual Direction is a spiritual practice with roots in 3rd century, early Christianity. Its purpose is to provide a companion and a discerning ear as you seek deeper Truths about yourself & God. Spiritual Direction is not problem-focused. Instead, it's assumed that no matter the situation, you are already under God's long & loving gaze and that good & holy wisdom already exists within you. Therefore, the "work" in Spiritual direction becomes that of locating the voice of Truth & Love and empowering you as you follow it. Eliza Jane approaches Spiritual Direction through a trauma-conscious lens and informed by her studies in yoga & mindfulness, trauma theory and contemplative Christianity. ALL ARE WELCOME: Truly House is a trauma conscious space rooted in Christ's simple gospel of love. I welcome people of all shapes, colors, backgrounds & identities as holy expressions of God's love & creativity. RATES: Spiritual Direction sessions are $150 per 50-60min session. A Diversity Rate of $120 is also available to those who are either: living outside the US or in the margins including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, people with disabilities & single mothers. If a financial barrier remains, ask me about a scholarship!

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. I promise to honor your time and kindly ask that you do the same. Please give at least 24 hours notice prior to your session if you wish to cancel for a full refund. Short notice cancellations & missed sessions are ineligible for a refund but, I'm happy to reschedule you at no additional charge.
