Service Description

Soul Care sessions begin with your choice of silence, prayer or guided meditation with scripture. These practices hold space for all of your pieces and parts to arrive; becoming present to yourself and to God. The remaining time slowly unfolds as a sacred conversation about your present and everyday life with God. Within the details of your story, space will be held for you to pause; taking a long and loving look at the details of your present life. This is an opportunity to notice your thoughts, welcome your emotions and notice the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit in your life. Soul Care sessions are once per month, private, and completely confidential. SLIDING SCALE: Gratuity Rate $75 (fully supports Milk & Honey and its financially diverse community.) Standard Rate $65 (covers the cost of your individual session) Diversity Rate $55 (for those on a smaller budget or are living outside the U.S.; receives support from those choosing the Gratuity Rate) If a financial barrier remains, feel free to ask me about the Manna Scholarship.

Cancelation Policy

Life happens. Please reach out if you know you will be late or need to reschedule. 24 hours notice is generally required when canceling or rescheduling. Missed sessions are also non-refundable.
