Hi sweet friend! Truly House exists as an online retreat house for those searching for what's true about God & themselves.
For many of us, this inward journey includes deconstructing Christianity, healing from past trauma & reclaiming parts of our identity- whether that be our self worth, our sexuality, our belovedness, our sense of purpose, etc.

Here at Truly House, you'll find space to seek out the voice of Love & embody your true self. I offer online Spiritual Direction, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, & at-home Ignatian Retreats via Zoom.

Spiritual Direction is a spiritual practice with roots in the 3rd century, early Christianity. It purpose is to hold space for deep listening & soul tending as you seek deeper connection with God & journey toward your true self.

Embodied Healing
Embodied Healing (TCTSY) is an evidence-based, adjunctive treatment for trauma. These sessions utilize trauma theory and the non-spiritual elements of yoga to restore mind-body connections after trauma.

Meet Eliza
Trauma Conscious Spiritual Director

Eliza Jane is a certified spiritual director through Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction. In addition, she's also an RYT-500 certified yoga facilitator; specializing in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
Eliza approaches spiritual direction as a deeply affirming, brave space to deconstruct Christianity, release trauma, & explore your identity. She's informed by years of study in yoga & mindfulness, trauma theory and contemplative Christianity. With this wisdom, she works to deepen your connection with Divine Love while journeying alongside you toward your true, authentic self.
Eliza identifies as a seeker of Truth and a follower of Christ. She lives near Charleston, SC with her family and has been practicing yoga & a contemplative lifestyle for over 15 years. Outside of Truly House, Eliza can be found expanding the boundaries of her own faith, embracing her own identity & enjoying lazy Sundays on the beach.
